You've successfully created a page, though it still needs some content.

Adding a new sub-page

If you have lots of content about a topic and can't fit it all on one page, you'll need to create sub-pages.

Where a page has sub-pages beneath it, we call those sub-pages children and the page that they sit under is the parent page. From the page information screen you can see any children of the page at the bottom of the left column.

To add a child to a page:

  1. Go to the site overview screen
  2. Locate the page that you want to create a child page beneath and click on the page title
  3. In the left column, find the Child pages and links box and click on the drop-down box. Select Page from the list and then click on Add.
  4. Follow the same steps for the child page as for adding any new page (see Adding a new page, described above).

In the site overview you can view child pages and links by clicking on the Expand button button next to that page. A list of the children will expand beneath the parent page.

The  If a page has no children there won't be a button next to the pagepand each part of the page tree, showing the sub-pages under each.
