Hyperlinks allow you to use a menu button in your website to link to another website, or a another page within your own website.
1. Click on Edit from the top menu in Hidden CMS.
2. At the right side of the page you'll see a drop-down box with an Add button right next to it (see below) - select 'Hyperlink' from this list and click on Add.

The Add new Hyperlink window will be displayed (shown below)

4. Type a Link Name into the first field - this is the title of the link that is shown on your website's navigation bar. Keep it short and sweet.
5. Type a Hyperlink into the box below - if it's an external website you want to link to, put in something like http://www.bbc.co.uk but if it's a link to a page on your website, you can do it in the form: /link-to-content (ie. you can skip the http://www.yoursite.com part).
6. OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
- Enter some Keywords, separating each with a comma. This is used in the site search function, and to generate the related pages.
- Change the Parent to put this page underneath another page in the site (a sub page of another page)
- (Only applies if you have a mobile version of the website built for you by Hidden Colour) Change the Mobile Option to either a) Show this page on mobile & desktop site b) Show on the desktop site only c) Show on the mobile site only
- Add any Extra CSS to this page (advanced users only)
- Change the Menu Option to show or hide this page in any extra menu systems on the website
7. Click on the Save button, and a message will display at the top of the page to confirm that the Hyperlink has been added. You can now make any further changes, or click on the Close button to leave the editor.
