So, you want to make some changes to your website? Before you start it helps if you understand the principle of publishing.

Publishing

There are two versions of your website - a Live site and a Test site

• The Live site is what the general public see when they visit your website.  Any changes you make to pages will only appear on the Live site when you specifically tell the CMS to publish these changes.
• The Test site is only visible to editors and administrators and shows your website with any changes that have been saved but not yet published. You can edit pages, preview them and edit them again if you need to, but only publish your changes to the Live site when you're ready to do so.
